Can I choose the product physically?

Yes, you are able to. But it is advisable to make a booking before coming down for viewing.
Is there any warranty for the products?

Yes. 1 year warranty is given to our customize products under T&Cs.
Why the product only $0?

I'm sorry for the inconvenient causes. As we have quite an amount of sample listed with different pricing. If you like the design of the fabrics and wanted to know more. Please email or make a booking to our location to check out the latest.
How to measure the window?

Step 1: Indicate your window in eg. 1, 2, 3... Step 2: Measure your window width that you want to do. Step 3: Use a measuring rulers to measure the window inch from one end to another end. Step 4: Add 1-1.5 inches in each side. Step 5: For example, window width is 51 inches in total + additional 3 inches = 54 inches in total. Step 6: Measuring window height, and add an 3 inches for full coverage of the window.
Do you do onsite measuring for us?

Yes, we do. However a travel fee of $80/per trip is charged for travelling down to your place.
